日本全国に102院（2026年5月現在）を展開する美容クリニック TCB東京中央美容外科（理事長：寺西 宏王、以下「TCB」）の松村圭祐医師は、糸リフトの効果と保持率について三次元画像解析システムを用いて研究し、論文「Upward vector observed in all 17 cases after non-absorbable polyester-silicone thread lift: a vectra 3-D pilot study」（非吸収性糸リフトの3D定量評価：vectra 3Dを用いたパイロット研究）を発表しました。
本研究では、非吸収性ポリエステル-シリコン糸を用いた糸リフトの効果を、三次元画像解析システムVectra H2(R)を用いて容積（mL）で定量化し、保持率まで評価しています。

＜論文要旨＞

背景
非吸収性糸リフトは、理論上、長期支持が期待される一方、三次元（3D）画像を用いた容積（mL）ベースの客観的評価は限られています。本研究は、Vectra 3D解析により、糸リフトの容積的なリフト効果と保持率を定量化することを目的としました。

方法
単施設前向きパイロット研究として、非吸収性ポリエステル-シリコン糸による糸リフト17例を対象に、術前（T0）、術後1か月（T1）、術後3か月（T2）でVectra H2(R)撮影を実施。再現性の高いランドマークに基づく2つのROI（Zone 1/Zone 2）を設定し、主要評価指標ΔVを算出しました。ROI設定および体積算出は医師2名が独立に行い、平均値を解析に用いました。




結果
術後1か月のΔVは全例で正となり、術後3か月における保持率も評価しました。観察期間中、感染による糸抜去は認めませんでした。




結論
非吸収性ポリエステル-シリコン糸リフトにおいて、Vectra 3Dを用いた容積指標ΔVにより、リフト効果と保持率を客観的に提示しました。再現性の高いROI設計と評価者間一致の提示により、定量評価フレームワークとしての実装可能性を示しました。
